Emily Loader – Chief Operating Officer and
Director of Resources
and Documentation
Emily
serves as the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Human Resources.
In this role, she manages accreditations, employee benefits, daily
operations, assessment plans, best communication practices,
policies/manuals, and relational outcomes. Emily has previously worked as a
technical writer and editor in school accreditation, curriculum, heavy
machinery, environmental safety, hardware, and software. She graduated from
the College of Charleston with a bachelor's degree in Corporate
Communication and Business Administration as well as from Utah State
University with a master's degree in Technical Writing. Currently, Emily is
pursuing a PhD in Technical Communication at Texas Tech University.
Emily began at Greenbrier Academy for Girls as a day mentor. She most enjoys learning and employing the relationality model on a personal and professional level. Greenbrier Academy "teaches students and staff how to grow daily and reach higher potentials". Emily's favorite moments at the Academy are when she notices our girls incorporating the school's values in mission, source, and virtue into their speech and actions.
